Unsung Hero: Abigale Kyle

Meet Abigale!

To provide care, a health system goes through a lot of supplies, from suture and IV kits to antiseptics, wound dressings, oxygen masks, patient gowns, and much more.

At Memorial Regional Health, Abigale Kyle is the one who ensures that everything is ordered, received, and stocked.

“What I love most about my job is who I work with and what we do for the hospital,” Abigale said. “I get to have a variety of tasks to accomplish every day, which makes it fun and interesting.”

A Craig native, Abigale came to MRH 5 years ago, starting in Patient Financials. Before that she was a dental assistant.

“Abbi is kind, smart, and probably one of the most selfless people I know,” said the colleague who nominated her as Unsung Hero. “She’s incredibly efficient at anything she does and rarely makes a mistake.”

Abigale cherishes a certain time she was recognized for her kindness. “A few years ago we had a delivery driver who was here almost every day,” she said. “On his last day working he left me a note stating that my kindness and smile helped him through some tough days and was also lifted by my greeting.”

Abigale and her husband have a “beautiful, wild 2-year-old boy,” two dogs, and four ducks. Her parents still live in Craig, and her mother is a full-time caregiver to her son during the workweek.

Outside of work, Abigale enjoys spending time with her family, riding side by sides, and paddle boarding.

Thank you, Abigale, for making sure we have everything we need to provide quality care day in and day out. Your attention to detail and amazing attitude are unsurpassed. We’re so grateful for your dedication to the staff and patients of MRH.
