Our HR Team
Leanne has been with MRH since 2015. She handles all areas of HR, including compensation, benefits, employee relations and anything else necessary to help our Human Resources Department run smoothly. In her spare time, Leanne enjoys spending time with her family on their ranch. She has dwarf goats, chickens, ducks, cows, miniature donkeys, and draft horses. She also owns 4 Jeeps and loves Jeeping in Moab.

Courtney has been with MRH since 2016. She handles all of our employee benefits, orientations and employee relations. She also handles FMLA, Short and Long-Term disability. Courtney is learning sign language and getting her Bachelor’s degree. On the weekends Courtney enjoys spending time with family and riding horses. She also loves tacos, Texas and teaching her child sign language.

Codi has been with MRH since 2017. She handles all recruiting, onboarding and employee relations. Codi has a BA in Public Relations, and she is currently working towards obtaining her PHR Credential. On the weekends, Codi enjoys working as a freelance Graphic/Web Designer, playing her Cello, and spending quality time with her family, friends and pets.
