Leanne has been with MRH since 2015. She handles all areas of HR, including compensation, benefits, employee relations and anything else necessary to help our Human Resources Department run smoothly. In her spare time, Leanne enjoys spending time with her family on their ranch. She has dwarf goats, chickens, ducks, cows, miniature donkeys, and draft horses. She also owns 4 Jeeps and loves Jeeping in Moab.

Ashly has been with MRH since December 2017. She handles all job postings, recruiting, and onboarding. While new to the Human Resources industry, Ashly hopes to apply her people-driven focus and background in customer relations to provide exceptional service to MRH employees. In addition to work, Ashly loves to spend time with her two children, getting crafty with her sewing machine and camping as much as possible.
Parker join MRH us from Salt Lake City and enjoys spending time in Wisconsin. He has been married for 13 years and has 3 children, two sons and one daughter. He holds a degree from Western Governors University with an emphasis in HR Management. He has experience in several industries including, mining, property management, and retail. He is excited to learn the health care industry. Some hobbies outside of work include anything outdoors, watching football and spending time with his family.
