Meet Justice!

Our Unsung Hero, Justice McMillan, was nominated by her team member because she “is a really delightful and cheery person. She is always willing to lend a hand to help any department not just her own. She takes pride in her work and always goes above and beyond to make her presence known for our patients whether it be just a simple ‘hello’ or a full-blown conversation. She is a very hard worker and loves MRH and what we stand for.”

Justice has worked at MRH for 9 months in environment services (EVS) disinfecting and cleaning rooms, as well as making sure all other departments are stocked with linen. She enjoys talking with and helping the patients, as well as the nurses and CNAs. She is taking classes to become a surgical technician.

“I enjoy the relationships that are in the healthcare industry. Everyone is so welcoming and always willing to listen and talk. I enjoy being able to come to work and feel welcomed. There is so much support from all the departments,” Justice says.

Outside of work she enjoys camping, paddle boarding, hiking, floating the river and snowboarding, as well as working on projects with Cricut machines (an electronic cutting machine that can cut all sorts of designs from materials like paper, vinyl, card stock, and iron-on transfers). She also loves spending time with her dogs Kei, Viper and Doc. A fun fact, she has lived in Craig her whole life!

Justice is particularly passionate about Younglife, which is an organization that helps high school students further their relationship with God. She has been a part of Younglife since her freshman year and is now one of the leaders. She got involved in Younglife through some of her friends, and ever since then she says it has changed her life.

“My family and friends have always been supporting me with my decisions and helping me out. They are all very wonderful and outstanding people. If it was not for my parents I would not be the person I am today!” says Justice.Justice, we are thankful an Unsung Hero like you is a part of our team!
