As we celebrate the Unsung Heroes of Memorial Regional Health’s Retail Pharmacy, we recognize and appreciate their unwavering commitment to excellence. Through their compassion, dedication, and resilience, they’ve touched the lives of countless individuals, leaving a mark on the hearts of those they serve.

Led by the dynamic trio of pharmacists—Natasha Nielson, Ryan Alberico, and Jeanie Kinchen—and supported by the fantastic trio of pharmacy technicians—Teresa Stoffle, Joshua Miller, and Steph Herod—along with the trusty courier, Tarryn Jayne, this team isn’t just colleagues, they’re family.

What sets this team apart is their strong sense of camaraderie and unity. Like a tight-knit family, they support and uplift each other through thick and thin. Whether it’s covering for a colleague during a busy shift or celebrating each other’s successes, the bond they share is palpable. Together, they’ve coined themselves the “Pharmily,” a fitting testament to the genuine friendships they’ve formed.

From ensuring prompt medication deliveries to offering personalized advice, this team goes above and beyond to make a difference in the lives of their patients. And they do it all with a smile, embodying the true spirit of customer service. 

As they reflect on their journey, the Retail Pharmacy team can’t help but marvel at how far they’ve come. From humble beginnings in a cramped closet-like space to a thriving department that handles an average of 50 deliveries per day, their growth is a testament to their hard work and dedication. And with each milestone reached, they’re reminded of the impact they’ve had on their community—a legacy they’re proud to call their own.
