Meet Teresa!

Teresa Stoffle, a Certified Pharmacy Technician at MRH, is an Unsung Hero who has played a pivotal role in shaping the pharmacy’s delivery program. With dedication that goes beyond the call of duty, Teresa has been instrumental in creating and expanding this vital service. As her team member describes, “She takes pride and ownership in this pharmacy and this organization; and the compassion she has towards our customers and employees is out of this world. I can truly say that this pharmacy would not be what it is today without Teresa!”

Teresa’s journey to healthcare was a well-earned transition in her career, marked by diverse experiences including hotel management, daycare, youth services, and home health services. At MRH, she found a true calling. For over five years now, Teresa has been a crucial part of the team, filling prescriptions, attending to patients, and making deliveries, all while creating meaningful connections in the community.

What especially stands out about Teresa is her unwavering dedication to the pharmacy’s delivery service, which she helped pioneer. She has tirelessly distributed flyers and walked many miles to ensure its success.

“I am so happy that we continue to grow and give superior service to our customers. We do over 800 home delivery stops each month, rain, snow, or sunshine. We offer this free service also to Hayden twice a week and have a 17-mile service radius from the Pharmacy. We try very hard to get the prescription out that same day. I am glad I am a part of the delivery success.”

Teresa’s love for her coworkers and patients is evident, and she finds joy in helping others feel better and stay healthy through the provision of essential medications. Her favorite memories include the generosity of her patients, who, unable to tip for deliveries, have expressed their gratitude with handmade quilts, snacks, and heartfelt gestures.

Beyond her work, Teresa cherishes her husband of 27 years, three children, and five grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with them doing activities together like snowmobiling, fishing, and boating at Flaming Gorge.
