Meet Landa!

Landa Rehfeld is a dedicated Registered Nurse in Day Surgery at Memorial Regional Health who is tasked with ensuring patient safety and readiness for surgery, a crucial responsibility that demands precision and compassion. Landa is especially passionate about patient advocacy, being a voice for those in need and making sure all patients receive the attention and support they deserve.

Before joining MRH, Landa worked at the Front Range Orthopedic Surgery Center, gaining valuable experience that she continues to apply in her role here. Landa’s decision to join MRH came from her family’s dream of relocating to Moffat County—a choice they wholeheartedly embrace.

What Landa loves most about her position here is the people—the dedicated staff and the patients whose lives they touch. It’s the sense of community and shared purpose that makes her job truly fulfilling. She shared, “We have a very well-rounded staff with different experiences, and we are all continuing to grow.”

Outside of work, Landa loves all sorts of activities, including dirt biking, hunting, gardening, and fishing at Flaming Gorge. Despite her adventurous spirit, Landa describes herself as an adrenaline junkie who also values the comforts of home—a testament to her balanced approach to life.

Landa is married to Justin, and they have an 18-year-old son, Ashton, who is graduating this year. Their family bonds are strong, and they cherish the time spent together outside of work.
