Meet Kaylee!

Kaylee Richardson is a true Unsung Hero here at MRH, working behind the scenes to ensure the smooth operation of the radiology department. Her commitment to problem-solving and dedication to her community embody what it means to be an unsung hero making a difference.

As the PACS/Radiology Coordinator, Kaylee’s responsibilities include maintaining and troubleshooting the hospital’s PACS system, managing incoming and outgoing images at MRH, and overseeing the radiology techs. Her daily duties also involve answering phones and ensuring that all images seamlessly integrate into their PACS system. Additionally, Kaylee is responsible for dispatching images requested by other medical facilities. As her nominator noted, ‘She really is involved in every aspect.’

What inspires Kaylee to excel in her role is her love for problem-solving and her passion for making things run efficiently. This drive led her to a career in healthcare, where she continuously strives to ensure that patients’ diagnostic images are managed with precision and care.

Kaylee’s dedication to her position at MRH extends beyond her job description. She deeply values the connections she makes with people over the phone, highlighting the human aspect of her work. Her genuine care and willingness to assist patients and colleagues make her an indispensable member of the MRH team.

Outside of her professional life, Kaylee is a Craig native, born and raised in this close-knit community. After a brief period in Hayden, she and her husband returned to Craig four years ago to be closer to their workplaces. During her leisure time, Kaylee enjoys reading and cherishes moments spent with her family.

One interesting fact about Kaylee is her affection for her two giant English mastiffs, lovingly named Frankenstein and Creature, who hold a special place in her heart.
