The Yellow Dot program is a community initiative designed to assist first responders in the event of an emergency.

A medical form is placed in your car and is designed to supply first responders with critical information about you during an emergency, when you might not be able to communicate yourself. Participation is voluntarily and authorizes the disclosure to and use of your medical information by first responders for the purpose of offering assistance when involved in an accident.

More on the SANE Program at Memorial Regional Health

The substance use problem in Northwest Colorado isn’t about “them.” It’s about us. We can only solve it together.

Addiction is a complex medical condition caused by biological and societal issues. Together we can educate one another about the facts of substance use disorder. Together we can eliminate stigma. Together we can help our community members get treatment and recover. Together we can work on prevention.

Thank you for stepping up. Thank you for being part of the solution.

At Memorial Regional Health, the Vial of L.I.F.E. (Lifesaving Information for Emergencies), helps individuals keep their complete medical information readily accessible at home for emergency personnel.

This ensures that crucial medical details are available when a patient cannot communicate or remember them. The Vial of Life program is especially useful for senior citizens and is supported by senior centers, fire departments, and other community organizations.
