Memorial Regional Health EMS Division
The Memorial Regional Health EMS division is an Advanced Life Support (ALS) service. We provide ambulance service 24/7, 365 days/year coverage. We respond to an area covering 4,754 square miles in northwest Colorado. The topography includes high desert terrain to mountains and river valleys. The town of Craig sits at 6,493 ft., and has a population of 10,000. Primary industries in the area are ranching, oil and gas, coal mining and recreational tourism.
EMS Statistics for 2016
1,433 calls for service and 933 patient transports, representing an 8% increase over 2015.
MRH EMS has 3 4-wheel-drive, Type 1 ambulances. The newest to the fleet is a 2015 Ford F-350 North Star.

Our EMS staff and Emergency Department staff work closely together to provide a continuum of care from the field to the emergency department. When not answering 9-1-1 calls, our teams work in the emergency department to help provide our patients with quality patient-centered care.
