Reserve a brick from the old hospital to help support the Memorial Regional Health Foundation. The Foundation has reserved 500 bricks from the old hospital for mementos.

Bricks can be purchased, with or without an engraved plaque, with names and dates to commemorate an event or as a memorial for a loved one. Birthday bricks may also be purchased for those who were born at the old hospital location. There are two options available. Bricks can be purchased plain or with an engraved plaque.

All donations qualify for a charitable income tax deduction and Colorado Enterprise Zone Tax Credit – State of Colorado allows a 25% tax credit on your state income taxes.

Reserve your brick below and return to the MRH Foundation Office, with a check made out to the MRH Foundation.
