Meet Annalia!

Annalia Bailey’s Unsung Hero story at Memorial Regional Health is one of constant learning, adaptation, and impactful contribution. In her role as the Revenue Cycle Provider Relations Coordinator, Annalia plays a pivotal, albeit often unseen, role in MRH’s seamless operations. She expertly handles the crucial task of credentialing providers with insurance companies, ensuring MRH’s billing processes run efficiently. Her exceptional attention to detail and commitment to excellence have earned her the accolade of an Unsung Hero.

Her colleague remarked, “Annalia is a new member on our team but you would never know it. She walked into a position she had no prior information or training on and has absolutely made it her own. You will never hear “I don’t know” out of her mouth, only “I’ll find out”’.

Joining MRH in November of 2023, Annalia brought with her a diverse background, including running a mobile food business specializing in Cajun-inspired Po-Boys and working in project coordination and service management. Ready for a new challenge, Annalia transitioned from a successful entrepreneur to a key player in healthcare, showcasing her adaptability and eagerness to contribute meaningfully to our community.

“Being new to this industry, I have enjoyed the feeling of making a positive impact on our community while expanding my professional experience and knowledge,” Annalia shared.

Annalia also appreciates the kind and fun people she has gotten to know at MRH. A recurring highlight is the delightful salad bar experience with Susan in the cafeteria, where they playfully guess the cost of Annalia’s salad, sharing a laugh each time.

Outside of work, Annalia enjoys the local lifestyle, hosting gatherings, and exploring the region’s natural beauty. Her hobbies are as diverse as her professional background, ranging from enjoying water sports and biking in the summer to cozy indoor activities in the winter. A passionate Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner, she also dedicates time to training and coaching, reflecting her commitment to personal growth and community involvement.
